Today, Venezuela confronts the aftermath of Trump&#8217;s January 3 bombings, abducted leadership, and the ongoing predatory trade policies of the Monroe Doctrine. Afro-descendant communities continue organizing, shaping policy, recovering historical memory, strengthening cultural institutions, developing productive projects, and exercising political power.
